I LOVE their food. But using their app is incredibly difficult. It constantly glitches and I can't place an order without fighting with it. I've had to un-install re-install numerous times. I just wish they would invest a little bit more into a functional app and website. This has absolutely reduced the number of times I've eaten here.

It means a lot that you keep coming back for the food, and an app that fights you every order is the opposite of what we want. Since reinstalling hasn't helped, email [email protected] with your device and where it glitches most, and we'll dig in so ordering stops costing you visits.

Can't order anything. Put an item in your cart and the only thing the app or the site can do with it is tell you that there was "A error while validating your basket." So if you're looking for unhelpful popup messages, this is the place for you. If you're looking to buy food, try somewhere else.

A basket error that blocks every order makes the app useless, and that's on us to fix. Please email [email protected] with your device and the location you were ordering from, and we'll investigate the validation error so you can actually check out.

Terrible experience. God forbid you try to attach your credit card to earn rewards and every credit card returns an error and asks you to email them. No thanks.
